Teen gets involved in Relay for Life
High school senior Kathryn Harmon has raised $30,600 in four years participating in Relay for Life. Harmon’s passion comes from having watched her mother survive breast cancer, twice.
Former tanner trying to protect others
After spending hours at the tanning booth as a high school student, Brandi Dittrich Tobias is working with local public health officials to keep anyone under the age of 18 from using tanning beds. Tobias, now 28, chose this fight after being diagnosed with stage 1 melanoma.
